Living with Sickle Cell Anaemia

I wish to bring awareness to those who suffer from long term sickle cell anaemia. This condition is not the end of the world. Some people in life experience worse conditions than others however, I believe it is possible to still enjoy a fulfilled life.

Forward Thinking

This book will encourage sufferers to understand that you can improve personal well-being through living a stress-free life. More so, this book will restore confidence and assist others through their journey of recovery as I have experienced.

Red Blood Cells

Sickle cell anaemia is a blood disorder, characterised by red blood cells that assume an abnormal rigid sickle shape; this results in their restricted movement through blood vessels, depriving downstream tissue of oxygen.

My Story

“I would like to share my experience with others, nutrition works if you give it a chance. All things were created for us in the beginning by God our creator, so we would live a healthy and successful live.”

Good nutrition brings good health and strength.
